INDOOR CYCLING

BRUTAL BARBELLS
An hour of various bodyweight and barbell exercises, with up to 1,000 reps completed in every class. Test your strength, stamina and muscular endurance with this high energy weight-bearing class. One of the best classes for targeted strength and toning.
